Cesca Locurcio
Executive Director
Cesca Locurcio is Stonegates’ Executive Director. She was born in Cali, Colombia, to British and Colombian parents and is fluent in English and Spanish. Cesca lived throughout South America and attended boarding school in England before relocating to the United States.
Before joining Stonegates, Cesca spent the past 28 years in senior leadership positions for a privately owned portfolio of healthcare businesses across Pennsylvania. These included independent living, personal care, assisted living, memory care, and hospital administration. She holds a degree in Organizational Psychology and minors in Business and Sociology.
