Stonegates is a condominium community offering clustered cottages and first and second floor apartments in a variety of floor plans and locations. All units have patios or balconies overlooking beautifully landscaped grounds, fully equipped kitchens, large bedrooms, safety appointed bathrooms, ample closet and storage space, and emergency call systems to ensure safety and security.
Stonegates has a 49-bed skilled nursing unit, licensed certified by Medicare. It is the only community in Delaware to offer primary nursing care (requires a high professional staffing ratio). Spacious single and two room suites, private and semi-private rooms are available.
